1. 수집 항목 및 이용 목적 / What we collect and why

교사·관리자: 이름, 아이디, 이메일, 소속 학원 — 계정 생성·운영 목적.

학생: 이름, 학급 정보, 작문(에세이), 음성 녹음, 발표 영상, AI 학습 평가 결과 — 영어 학습 평가·첨삭, 학습 리포트 작성, 학부모 공유 목적.

Teachers/admins: name, username, email, school. Students: name, class info, written work, voice recordings, presentation videos, AI assessments — for assessment, feedback, learning reports, and sharing with parents.

회사는 학생 데이터를 판매하지 않으며 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

We never sell student data or use it for advertising.

2. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 / Children under 14

만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 법정대리인의 동의를 받은 후 처리합니다. 동의는 입회 시 법정대리인이 서명하는 서면 동의서로 확인하며(시행령 제17조의2), 이를 위해 아동으로부터 법정대리인의 성명과 연락처만을 수집합니다.

We process an under-14 child's data only after verifiable legal-guardian consent — a signed written form at enrollment (Enforcement Decree Art. 17-2). To obtain it we collect only the guardian's name and contact details.

3. 보유 및 이용 기간 / Retention

학생의 개인정보는 재원 기간 동안 보유하며, 소속 학원이 퇴원을 확인한 날로부터 30일 이내에 파기합니다. 계정 아카이브 시점부터 30일의 유예기간 후 파일과 데이터베이스 기록이 영구 파기되며, 파기 내역은 기록으로 남깁니다.

Student data is held while enrolled and destroyed within 30 days of confirmed departure; every destruction is logged.

4. 개인정보의 국외 이전 / Overseas transfer (processing entrustment)

회사는 서비스 제공에 필수적인 AI 처리를 위하여 개인정보 처리를 국외 사업자에게 위탁합니다(개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호).

  • OpenAI, L.L.C. ([email protected]) — 이전 국가: 미국 — 이전 항목: 학생 음성 녹음 파일 — 목적: 음성의 텍스트 전사(Whisper 전사 엔드포인트) — 보유 기간: 보관하지 않음(제공자가 무보관으로 문서화한 전사 엔드포인트를 사용) — 이전 방법: 암호화된 통신(HTTPS API).
  • OpenAI, L.L.C. ([email protected]) — 이전 국가: 미국 — 이전 항목: 작문 텍스트, 음성 전사 텍스트, 개인화된 피드백 생성 시 학생 이름 — 목적: AI 학습 평가(채점)· 리포트 요약 생성 — 보유 기간: 처리 완료 시 파기(제공자 정책상 최대 30일) — 이전 방법: 암호화된 통신(HTTPS API).
  • Microsoft Corporation (연락처: [FILL]) — 이전 국가: 대한민국(Azure Korea Central, 서울 리전) — 이전 항목: 학생 음성 녹음 파일 — 목적: 발음 평가(pronunciation assessment) — 보유 기간: 보관하지 않음(Microsoft는 해당 음성을 저장하지 않음) — 이전 방법: 암호화된 통신(HTTPS API). 본 처리는 국내(서울 리전)에서 이루어지므로 개인정보가 국외로 이전되지 않으나, 투명성을 위해 함께 고지합니다.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH (연락처: [FILL]) — 이전 국가: 핀란드 — 이전 항목: 서비스 이용에 필요한 계정 정보 및 학습 데이터 전부(학생 음성 녹음 파일, 작문 텍스트, 평가 결과 및 리포트 포함) — 목적: 서비스 서버 호스팅(데이터 저장 및 처리) — 보유 기간: 본 처리방침 제3조의 보유·파기 정책에 따름 — 이전 방법: 암호화된 통신(HTTPS/SSH).

이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부 방법은 소속 학원 또는 아래 연락처를 통한 서면 요청입니다. 다만 거부 시 AI 평가 서비스 제공이 불가능합니다. 학생이 작성·발화한 내용에 포함된 정보 외의 계정 정보는 전송하지 않도록 최소화합니다.

OpenAI, L.L.C. ([email protected]), United States — student audio, for speech-to-text transcription via the Whisper transcription endpoint the provider documents as no-retention (retained: none); and separately the same provider's chat models for marking and report summaries, taking written work, transcripts and the student's name where feedback is personalized (destroyed on completion; provider policy up to 30 days). Microsoft Corporation (contact: [FILL]) does pronunciation assessment in Azure Korea Central (Seoul) and retains no audio — that processing stays inside Korea and is not an overseas transfer, disclosed here for transparency. Hetzner Online GmbH (contact: [FILL]) hosts the service's servers in Finland: all account and work data — audio, written work, scores and reports — is stored there, kept per the retention policy in section 3. Every transfer is encrypted. We entrust AI processing to the overseas providers above (PIPA Art. 28-8(1)3). You may refuse via your school or the contact below; refusal means the AI assessment service cannot be provided. Beyond what a student writes or says, transmitted account information is minimized as disclosed above.

5. 파기 절차 및 방법 / Destruction

보유 기간이 경과한 개인정보는 자동화된 일일 처리로 파기합니다. 전자 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제하며, 파기 일시와 대상은 파기 대장에 기록합니다.

Expired data is destroyed by an automated daily process; files are irrecoverably deleted and each destruction is logged.

6. 정보주체의 권리 / Your rights

이용자(만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인)는 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 요청은 소속 학원 또는 아래 연락처로 하실 수 있으며, 지체 없이 처리합니다.

Users — or the legal guardian for children under 14 — may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing.

7. 안전성 확보조치 / Security measures

  • 비밀번호 일방향 암호화 저장 (passwords one-way hashed)
  • 전송 구간 암호화(TLS) (encryption in transit)
  • 학원 단위 접근 통제 및 서명된 미디어 접근 (per-school access control; signed media URLs)
  • 처리시스템 접속기록 보관·점검 (access-log retention and inspection)

8. 개인정보 보호책임자 / Privacy officer

9. 처리방침의 변경 / Changes

이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 본 페이지에 공지합니다.
