이 약관은 SKYONOMY(운영자: Gradence Technologies(영국 등록 회사, [확인 필요: 대표자·회사 등록번호·주소]), 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 영어 학습 평가 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
These terms set the conditions for using SKYONOMY (operator: Gradence Technologies(영국 등록 회사, [확인 필요: 대표자·회사 등록번호·주소])), an English-learning assessment service. Using the service means you agree to them.
1. 서비스 내용 / The service
회사는 학원과 교사에게 학생의 작문·말하기·듣기·읽기 과제를 만들고, AI로 채점·첨삭하고, 학습 리포트를 만들어 학부모와 공유하는 도구를 제공합니다. 교사용 AI 도우미(Holly)도 포함됩니다.
We give schools and teachers tools to set writing, speaking, listening and reading work, mark it and give feedback with AI, and make learning reports to share with parents, including the teacher assistant Holly.
2. 이용 계약과 계정 / Who the agreement is with, and accounts
- 서비스 이용 계약은 회사와 학원 사이에 맺습니다. 학원은 소속 교사와 학생의 계정을 만들고 관리합니다.
The agreement is between us and the school. The school creates and manages its teachers' and students' accounts.
- 새 학원 관리자는 처음 로그인할 때 비밀번호를 직접 정하고 이메일을 등록해야 합니다.
A new school admin must choose their own password and give an email address at first sign-in.
- 이용자는 자신의 계정 정보를 안전하게 지켜야 하며, 도용이 의심되면 바로 학원이나 회사에 알려야 합니다.
Keep your login safe, and tell your school or us at once if you think someone else has used it.
3. 학생 개인정보 / Student data
- 학생 개인정보의 처리 책임은 학원에 있으며, 회사는 학원의 위탁을 받아 처리합니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침에 있습니다.
The school is responsible for its students' data; we process it on the school's behalf. Details are in the privacy policy.
- 학원은 만 14세 미만 학생의 자료를 올리기 전에 법정대리인의 동의를 받아 서비스의 동의 기록부에 기록해야 합니다.
Before uploading work from a student under 14, the school must get a legal guardian's consent and record it in the service's consent ledger.
- 회사는 학생 데이터를 판매하거나 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
We never sell student data or use it for advertising.
4. AI 평가의 한계 / What AI can and cannot do
- 점수, 첨삭, 리포트 문장은 AI가 만든 초안입니다. AI는 틀릴 수 있으며, 점수와 피드백에 대한 최종 판단은 교사와 학원이 합니다.
Scores, corrections and report text are drafts made by AI. AI can be wrong; the teacher and school make the final judgement on every score and comment.
- IELTS·TOEFL·CEFR 등으로 환산한 점수는 참고용 추정치이며 공식 시험 결과가 아닙니다.
Scores converted to IELTS, TOEFL or CEFR are estimates for reference, not official test results.
- 학부모에게 보내는 리포트는 교사가 공개를 선택해야 전달됩니다.
A report reaches parents only when a teacher chooses to publish it.
5. 이용자의 의무 / What you must not do
- 다른 사람의 계정을 쓰거나, 다른 학원의 정보에 접근하려 하거나, 서비스의 보안을 시험·우회하는 행위
Use someone else's account, try to reach another school's data, or test or get around the service's security
- 법령에 어긋나거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 자료를 올리는 행위
Upload anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights
- 서비스를 복제·판매하거나, 자동화된 방법으로 과도하게 요청을 보내는 행위
Copy or resell the service, or flood it with automated requests
6. 권리의 귀속 / Who owns what
- 학생의 작문·음성·영상과 교사가 만든 자료의 권리는 각 작성자와 학원에 있습니다. 회사는 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 범위에서만 이를 이용합니다.
Students' work and recordings and the materials teachers make belong to their makers and the school. We use them only as needed to provide the service.
- 회사는 개인정보 처리방침에 적힌 대로, 이름 등 식별정보를 없앤 가명정보를 자체 평가 모델의 정확도를 높이는 데 이용할 수 있습니다.
As set out in the privacy policy, we may use pseudonymised data, with names and other identifiers removed, to make our own assessment models more accurate.
- 서비스의 프로그램, 디자인, 평가 방식에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다.
The software, design and assessment methods of the service belong to us.
7. 요금 / Fees
요금과 결제 조건은 회사와 학원이 따로 맺은 계약에 따릅니다.
Fees and payment terms follow the separate agreement between us and the school.
8. 서비스의 변경과 중단 / Changes and interruptions
회사는 서비스를 개선하기 위해 기능을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 점검이나 장애로 서비스가 잠시 멈출 수 있으며, 미리 알 수 있는 점검은 사전에 알립니다.
We may change features to improve the service. The service may pause for maintenance or faults; planned maintenance is announced in advance.
9. 이용 해지와 데이터 / Ending the service, and your data
- 학원은 언제든지 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다. 끝나기 전에 요청하시면 학생 리포트를 PDF로 받아 보실 수 있습니다.
The school may stop using the service at any time. Ask before it ends and you can take students' reports as PDFs.
- 이용이 끝나면 데이터는 개인정보 처리방침의 보유 기간에 따라 파기합니다.
When the service ends, data is destroyed on the schedule in the privacy policy.
- 회사는 이용자가 이 약관을 심각하게 어긴 경우 이용을 제한할 수 있으며, 그 이유를 알립니다.
We may limit access if these terms are seriously broken, and we will say why.
10. 책임의 제한 / Limits on liability
회사는 천재지변 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해, 이용자의 잘못으로 생긴 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.
We are not liable for harm caused by events outside our control or by a user's own fault. This does not limit our liability for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.
11. 준거법과 분쟁 해결 / Governing law
이 약관과 서비스 이용에 관한 분쟁에는 [확인 필요: 준거법과 관할 법원]이(가) 적용됩니다.

12. 약관의 변경 / Changes to these terms
약관을 바꿀 때에는 시행 7일 전부터, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이전 버전: 2025년 12월 21일.
Changes are announced on this page 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are worse for users. Previous version: 21 December 2025.
